Exchanges: 

A Southern Lifestyle Company does accept exchanges on orders are made directly through A Southern Lifestyle Company. Products that discontinued, visibly worn or damaged, and mystery products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Doesn't fit you? No problem! Just send an email to Info@asouthernlifestyle.com with your order number and the size you would like to exchange for. We offer free exchanges for all eligible orders. Product exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please allow up to 10 days for all exchanges once we've received your package. 

 

Returns: 

A Southern Lifestyle Company accepts returns for refunds (excluding shipping charges) on orders made directly through our company. We do not offer returns on items that were on sale at the time of purchase, discontinued items, or visibly worn or damaged. All sales placed with gift cards and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return. Please email Info@asouthernlifestyle.com to begin your refund process. For full refunds (excluding shipping charges) the product must be returned within 30 days of purchase and we can only issue the refund to the original form of payment. Once your return request is received, please allow between 7-10 days for processing. 

 

How quickly will I receive my order? 

A Southern Lifestyle Company prides itself with having a 48 hour shipping window. For the majority of orders we process and ship them same day! Once shipped, please allow carriers 3-5 business days for delivery. During peak seasons this can vary. 

 

Does A Southern Lifestyle Company offer Military Discount? 

Well of course we do! As a Veteran Owned company we offer 15% off to all members as well as to law enforcement and their immediate family. Thank you for your service.
